2200 California is comprised of three masonry buildings that once housed an extensive Porsche collection. Arrow B worked with VanWest Partners to transform the buildings into a mixed use, multi-tenant development that celebrates the existing architectural elements and is reminiscent of Porsche details from a 1959 RSK. With different floor levels in each building and floodplain concerns, reconciling floor levels and exits was a great challenge. Masonry details were kept intact and highlighted with decorative exterior lighting creating a friendly approach to the building. New canopies emphasize each entry and updated paint brings a unique identity to the development. Arrow B restored existing masonry openings with new storefront and garage doors, allowing 2200 California to open up and contribute to this quickly developing Arapahoe Square district, bringing vibrancy and life.
