Description

Factotum Brewhouse is a microbrewery and taproom in Denver’s Sunnyside neighborhood. They brew and serve their own beers, but there is a twist to their concept. They also provide consultation and access for home brewers who want to elevate their craft from the basement to a professional, 7 barrel brewing system. The best brews are served in Factotum’s taproom. Arrow B designed an eclectic, modern gathering space, bathed in light from a new glazed garage door that can be opened to extend seating in mild weather (not to mention ready access to food trucks). The multi-use space is a welcome neighborhood destination for Sunnyside.
